What is posterization?
Posterization reduces the number of distinct tones in an image. It can make photographs easier to study as painting, drawing, craft, or design references because large areas of similar color become more obvious.

This version processes images directly in your browser using the Canvas API. The site does not need to upload your image to a server to perform the conversion.
